At I.AM.GIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and safely pack them in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your return to our warehouse.
